            Warranty and Repair  All products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from date of purchase. Beyond that, most cable machine and jetter repairs can be completed in the field. For more information see the Warranty and Repair page.

    Does unbottleyourself equipment come with a warranty?

    Yes. All products* are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from date of purchase. Damage due to negligence, abnormal usage, accidents, or alteration is not covered by this warranty.  Please inspect all products carefully upon receipt!

    *Special Note regarding the Warranty on Sewer Cable and Blades: It is extremely difficult to assign responsibility for product defects or malformations of USED Sewer Cable and Blades. It is especially important to inspect these products carefully before you use them.

    unbottleyourself is committed to product support for all products we manufacture and sell. We are often able to help our customers do their own repairs by providing replacement parts and installation instructions.

    When will my order be shipped?

    unbottleyourself strives to ship within 48 hours (M-F) of receiving your order on standard catalog products, although many times shipments are made the same day.

    Due to high demand, some products may take an additional time to ship, we make every effort to note these delays on the product pages.

    2nd day and next day air shipments must be received by noon CST (M-F) in order to make the timing you expect. Orders with express shipping received after 12pm will likely leave our factory the following business day.

    Is there a rep in my area that can demo the equipment?

    Yes, we work with Pipeline Renewal Technologies' regional sales managers who can get you the information you need and can let you know if a demo is possible. Contact the manager in your area.

    Our customer service team is here to answer any questions you may have about our equipment before you purchase.

    Does unbottleyourself have a leasing program?

    Yes. We work with 2 Leasing Companies which provide different programs. Typical terms are either 1 or 3 years. Lease rates vary by term, market conditions, and credit rating of applicant.

    I've misplaced my manual, how can I get another copy?

    Most of our instruction manuals and instruction sheets are available for download on our Product Manuals page.

    I have questions about operating my equipment, who do I contact?

    If you are having problems with your equipment, give us a call! We are here Monday through Friday from 7am to 5pm (CST).

    Many times we can troubleshoot problems over the phone or provide parts that get you up and going faster for less cost.
