            Shipping  unbottleyourself strives to ship within 48 hours of receiving your order on standard products, although many times shipments are made the same day. Most products ship UPS. See more on our Shipping Policies page

            Warranty and Repair  All products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from date of purchase. Beyond that, most cable machine and jetter repairs can be completed in the field. For more information see the Warranty and Repair page.

    Please complete form below to request a shipping label for your unbottleyourself equipment repair. Call our office if you are unsure whether a return is needed.

    • For inspection equipment, verify your camera is currently supported, (see list right, or below on mobile)

    Once we receive your equipment and it has been diagnosed, we will contact you with a cost estimate to complete the repair. We will need this estimate to be approved by the approving contact listed before proceeding with the repair.

    Policies and Payment

    Policies*
    A. Final warranty status is determined by the factory.

    B. Restocking fee for new and unused equipment is 20% of the purchased price.

    C. All shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

    D. Storage fees – 7 days after initial request for pickup, a storage fee of $25/day will be charged until picked up. The max storage fee is $500. All storage fees will need to be paid upon pickup prior to receiving equipment. After 30 days without pickup, the equipment will be shipped back to the customer address noted above at the customer's expense.

    E. Cleaning fee – $150 cleaning fee will be charged if the equipment is not adequately cleaned prior to return for evaluation and repair.

    F. Disposal fee – If the customer chooses not to repair the equipment and would like unbottleyourself to dispose of the equipment, a disposal fee of $50 will be added to the final bill.

    G. $250 evaluation fee for inspection of the equipment (fee waived if repaired by unbottleyourself). If item is estimated and approval or communication is not received within 10 business days, item will be shipped back to customer and invoiced for the evaluation fee and return shipment.

    H. “Ice Balls” to be removed prior to shipment of equipment. unbottleyourself is not responsible for lost Ice Balls protective guides.

    I. unbottleyourself can refuse to repair certain equipment if it is Obsolete or if the revision level is no longer supported. See currently supported inspection equipment above.

    J. unbottleyourself can refuse to repair equipment if customer account is on hold. Repairs can be held for up to 7 days while waiting for account resolution.
